B.H. Spine had all it takes to become a reference in spinal surgery and procedures. And it was now our task to make sure the new website would become a powerful channel to share this expertise and strengthen their position in the market.
We studied the different buyers personas and restructured the website’s navigation, making sure the features and the flow of the website were extremely clear, intuitive and easy to navigate. We used large and attractive images that reflected the target audience and colors that conveyed health and innovation. We also created profile pages for each doctor, exposing their experience, which strengthened the brand’s trust and authority.
In order to boost traffic and conversion, we implemented an effective inbound marketing strategy, focused on the creation and distribution of relevant content. A mix of e-books, blog posting and social sharing, were part of this strategy that resulted in increased traffic to more than 1750% and conversion to more than 75%.
